They remind me of people opening up.
And time… what time? We have made it stand still long enough for us to breathe inside of it. It is our particular form of magic.

This is something I contemplate often. Well spoken.

Are you going to Colorado?

Hi Emily, Yes, I think I'm going to Boulder. I haven't gotten my plane ticket yet, but I'm pretty sure I'm going. Thanks for your comment; what you commented on is part of my novella. The time quote is actually not mine; I'm a little thief...
Boulder is beautiful. It seems like a great location for such a place of learning.

I like to think about the space between moments; it's not measurable, so it's eternal, in a certain sense.

Yes, Boulder is very beautiful. I have all good associations with it. I'm hoping to possibly meet a friend there..

I once took a class called "mapping the moment" with a poet named Thylias Moss and at the time I wanted to gag because I was sick of mapping the moment, but today I thought about the moment for a few hours and it was very pleasureable, very, very pleasureable.

are you going for summer writing program or 2 year program?

when do you arrive? i live in boulder so maybe lunch or something sometime.

i know quite a few of the poets this year, so if you want any recommendations...

Hi AWD, Please see the note I just sent to your private mailbox. I forgot to say that I would love your recommendations. So far Alice Notley is my first choice and I'm not sure about anyone else. Studying with Bhanu Kapil again would be great. Robert Tejada was recommended. And Dodie Bellamy. For the time being I'll just be attending the SWP then I'll come back to PA to finish the other grad program I'm in. I think I'll arrive in Boulder on June 16th.

Congratulations!! That's wonderful!

Thanks, Kris! I'm looking into plane tickets now.

I just bought my plane ticket.

At Naropa I'll be studying with: Roberto Tejada, Douglas Martin, Stacy Szymaszek, and Pierre Joris. Unfortunately, Alice Notley's workshop is full, but she will be giving open readings.

Happily, I'll be in Boulder beginning June 15th and until July 14th. That means I'll be there during 4th of July weekend.
Beauty in nature. I love Colorado. Enjoy
