Do you like all of it or only parts? I've tried to read this a few times but the one thing that I retain, and really value, is the advice on "morning pages." In pencil, on paper. Before a shower. Before a bowl of oatmeal. Not for revising but for exercising. Maybe your morning writing eventually takes you to your "poem-a-day."
